We have waited long enough for this Onsite Seminar – and now, we are already in China.
After meeting in Zurich and flying via Frankfurt, we safely arrived in Beijing on Friday afternoon. While driving to the hotel, we gained a first insight into traffic in the capital which demands a lot of patience – and some courage.
Next point on interest was leaving for the Silk Market. Most of us benefitted from getting a tailored suit, blouses and shirts. Further, many little shops offered a great variety of products; scarfs, ties, card plays, electronics, and traditional handcraft.
Today’s highlight however, was the dinner! We have met for a tasteful Beijing Duck – alongside with glass noodles, fish, pastries and wraps. All of us have very much enjoyed this typical dish which has been topped with dessert made from molecular kitchen.
